Council of the Ageing (Northern Territory), (ABN 86 316 991 800) at Spillett House, 65 Smith Street, Darwin NT 0800, the whole or <em>[insert percentage]<\/em> of my estate.\u00a0I declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer or other proper officer of COTA NT will be a complete discharge for this bequest and my trustee will not be bound to see the application of the bequest.<\/p>\n<h3>Residual Bequest<\/h3>\n<p>I GIVE to COTA NT &#8211;
