information<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Free provision of individual Non Verbal Communication Books (NVCB) for clients unable to communicate effectively in English.<\/li>\n<li>Provide aged care service providers with cultural information appropriate to client requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the use of \u2018in language\u2019 information and documents available on trusted websites through its <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cotant.org.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Caring-for-CALD-Seniors-Toolkit-2025-2026-January-26-issue.pdf\">Caring for CALD Seniors Toolkit \u2013 January 2026<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cotant.org.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Caring-for-CALD-Seniors-Toolkit-2025-2026-January-26-issue.pdf\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>publication.<\/li>\n<li>Provide Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities and individuals with information about residential and community based aged care and other related issues such as healthy ageing.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute information regarding the various aged care services available: community based services; allied health professionals; the aged care assessment team; Commonwealth Support at Home and residential aged care facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Promotion<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote the use of \u2018in language\u2019 information available on the My Aged Care website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myagedcare.gov.au\/translated\">https:\/\/www.myagedcare.gov.au\/translated<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e96e2d;
